Due to the pre-sale of Buzzy bikes, delivery takes place only after confirming the order completion date. Delivery within the EU over 500 euros for free

The customer must register their request to return the bike by contacting us within 30 calendar days of purchase.
Please include photos of the bike from all sides to document the condition of the bike.
The bicycle must be packed in its original packaging.
We will inform the customer of the terms of the return within 7 calendar days after sending the request.
If the right of return is granted, we will arrange collection of the bicycle at our own expense. 
We will inspect the bicycle upon receipt of the bicycle sent to the address specified. If we find any damage or signs of use to the bicycle, we will invoice the customer for the repair of the damaged bicycle and charge the transport costs. 
If no damage is found upon inspection, we will refund the customer within 14 working days of receipt of the bicycle.
Buzzy will inform the customer of the terms of the return within 5 days of receipt of the bike.
